Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum visit

Saturday the 26th September 2020 amazing sunshine (but cold) perfect day for a 300 mile round trip to Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum, Via Loomies Moto Cafe!

Me and my friend set out from Taunton Somerset at approximately 8am and first headed to Loomies Motorcycle Cafe, to meet my Dad and some others. We arrived at Loomies by 10.45 after a couple of petrol stops and tea stops not bad going!
We decided to use the A303 for ease, our route below

We stopped at the services just the other side of Stonehenge for a needed warm up!

Once we had warmed up we headed on to Loomies Moto Cafe, the rest of the journey was not too bad. However I kept missing instructions from the sat nav in my helmet, got there in the end though!

After a bacon bap and nice cuppa we headed off to Sammy Miller’s Motorcycle museum, which took quite a while but we go there in good time the route below just gives you an idea of distance. We went all through the back roads.

Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum is set in stunning scenery in the New Forest just outside New Milton.

Sammy Miller’s Museum offers plenty of parking and a very nice tea room, I had a lovely Victoria Sponge and a cup of tea when we arrived!

Sammy Miller’s has a huge collection, some amazing bikes right from the beginning of the century up to today!
