DJI ACTION 4
Getting the right setup for Vlogging on the motorcycle can be a bit of a chore, I like to keep things really simple!
To the left is my setup for when I am out on the bike, the camera mounted on the chin gives a really good POV for my viewers on my channel and makes it really easy to get the microphone in the right position!
I recently moved from GoPro to DJI, the main reason being that the GoPro was starting to prove a little unreliable. The DJI is now proving a really great replacement for the GoPro especially as I no longer need the cumbersome Media Mod to connect an external MIC !
Everything you need to get Vlogging
A chin mount
I currently use a RUROC specific chin mount for my setup, its great because it matches the design on the helmet accordingly.
However if you are looking at something specifically for your helmet check out CHIN MOUNTS they even have an option for RUROC!
There are more universal options as well from AMAZON its worth checking these out as there are loads of different options if the Chin mounts look a little pricey!
On my ADV helmet I use this Dango Design Gripper Mount, its so versatile and super strongThe Camera
Getting the right camera can be a real learning curve, over my time on YouTube I have mainly stuck with GoPro but recently I have moved to DJI. To us normal people who just want a camera we can turn on and start shooting then the DJI Action 4 in my eyes is an excellent option
So for me its the DJI Action 4 all the wayMicrophone
I tried so many different microphone setups, and for me the best is the Purple Panda lapel mic!
